When I met Dr. Ibi, I was so inspired by her journey and how she willingly used it to encourage me to pick myself up and focus on what is important in my path.
Dr. Ibi let me know the importance of being open-minded and introspective in my journey and most especially staying away from naysayers. She encouraged me to prioritize my community of women who push me to excel and vice versa.
She was so humble and welcoming, given I had just met her! And it’s so amazing to see women like me, being trailblazers and doing fantastic in medicine.
